I needed to let you know, coming down to visit with you in your store was my time of peace at a time I sorely needed it. Understand even though the time you knew me was a hard time , I would never change it or not have had it. I know in the last year or two I was always thinking about and looking forward to coming back to see you. I had other things I had to do first. I miss my mother terrifically , however I am at peace that she is no longer confused or in pain. There are so many diseases that are horrific but Alzheimer is one of a kind and an extremely hateful disease.
I will miss you also and the peace and quiet of your place but I know when the universe tells us it is time for something new then it is time. I just want to send love and peace to you and yours in the future. Perhaps we will meet again one day. Meeting and knowing you was one of my greatest gifts, you introduced me to my wonderful pendants, they are with me everyday, as you know, thank you. All have been such gifts to my spirit and soul, they all carry the energy of a very special yet trying time of my life.

Dear Patricia,
Out of your inspired heart came the intention to create a sacred space.
It was a brave endeavor at the time. Here came "new age" bursting upon this ultra-conservative scene! But our spirits were hungry and sought and found spiritual nourishment here. We received so much and now that the store is closing many of us realize just how much our lives have been changed by coming here.
This did in fact become a sacred space: people were awakened here; healed here; taught here. The spiritual vibration of Vero has been raised for all of us.
Now we wonder where we will go to be "filled"; what will we do? Many of us have learned and live by the Reiki principles you taught to us. We have learned to be of service and inspire others. There are more of us aware now thanks to you. Bonds have been formed and support is within reach. We are such good people! Hi Patricia,
I do have some strong emotional feelings about the closing of the shop. It will be 2 years at the end of this month (March) since I first stepped foot into The Inspired Heart which changed my life forever! The journey that I have been on since that day has been absolutely awesome. The amount of healing that I have done just amazes me. You yourself as well as others have seen my transformation. I know the shop is just a space and what I have learned and experienced there is embedded in my heart forever. I will continue to learn and experience where ever I go but The Inspired Heart will always be my "First Grade" in "Reiki School". Dear Patricia,
It hardly seems possible that so many months have passed since I participated in Reiki training in December 2009! As Nancy and I made our way across central Florida the evening before the workshop, a full moon literally led us across the miles making our path clear and travel secure. I could not help but reflect upon the mysterious and divine Providence that had brought the four of us together and how R's illness, the sad touchstone that originally brought me into her circle, had become an enduring friendship grounded in hope.
Nancy mentioned Reiki to me a few times since 2006 and I have friends in Boston that are committed to the practice. It seemed mysterious to me. However, when Nancy shared Reiki with me last summer I understood its power: to not only release fear that cripples us but also grace that eludes us.
R. gave me an invaluable gift in introducing me to you and registering me for that first class. As I joined them in participating in the second class (Reiki II) I was struck by your gift for leadership and discernment. Your insight and enthusiasm was perfectly calibrated to meet each of us exactly where we stood! I believe that you are the best advertisement for Reiki. Your peaceful yet strong spirit, your joy and hope and clarity of purpose inspire me. You brought me to a new place that day and for nine months Reiki has become a touchstone for me.
Thank you for the wonderful day...Reiki has been my companion on this transition making even stressful days good days and it gives me more focus, energy, and above all, joy! I don't want to exaggerate but I am able to listen and relax most of the time! I want to share with you a blessing I favor from the Isle of Iona off the coast of Scotland. ABOUT THE MASTER CLASS/BAHAMAS RETREAT:
I feel Patricia instilled (the values of a Reiki Master) in the class from day one of Reiki I. And by her example, I have instilled these values in my practice of Reiki and Nursing. The Retreat in the Abaco Bahamas allowed me to connect with myself and the energy of Reiki more fully. I felt it was beneficial not to have all of the distraction of my daily life while integrating this energy into myself. There was a definite clear communication with the energies of the elements around me here -the water, the air, the fish, and the earth. This whole experience has and will continue to affect my life in a positive way.
I am ready to go forth and be the example and practicing Reiki teacher I want to be. I have had an affirming life altering experience here in the Abaco Islands with Patricia and Reiki. I am ready to face what comes in a positive and loving action. I hope to continue to hold up the standards as Patricia has set in my Reiki training and my life. I would like to share my personal experience with Reiki. I never heard of Reiki until February 2008 when a friend invited me to go to a Reiki Circle at the Inspired Heart with Patricia Williams. I have never had such a great experience.
I felt something pushing me to be a part of Reiki; I could not explain what but there was an interior voice telling me to that I needed it. So I followed my instinct and took the classes and by July 2008 I had done Reiki I and II.
By August 2008 I knew why the voice guided me. I went for a routine annual Physical. The Mammogram showed a nodule and 2 lymph nodes in the right breast and 3 lymph nodes in the left breast. Doctors always want to repeat the tests but before taking the retests I went to see my Sensei Patricia. She gave me a Reiki treatment and Aura Clearing.
On September 2008 I went for a repeat Mammogram and the changes were so dramatic that the doctors could not understand what happened. I continued getting treatments with Patricia and having tests. Doctors came to the conclusion that I had only 1 lymph node in the left breast that looked cancerous - a biopsy was performed and came back positive.
I had surgery on November 2008 to remove a 2.7cm cancerous node. Pathology reports came back and expressed that the actual cancerous cell was the size of a pin head.
I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Reiki family at the Inspired Heart. Patricia Sensei is an exceptional teacher. The Reiki Circle and Reiki Share she offers gives us the opportunity to practice and learn under her supervision.
As of now I am an ART practitioner and am looking forward to being a Reiki Master. Reiki has changed my life and my way of seeing things. I have been blessed.

I am so blessed to have found the Reiki Circle and (Reiki) classes taught by Patricia
at The Inspired Heart in Vero Beach. My journey towards the discovery of Reiki has been
a long one but well worth it! I am progressing on a deeper spiritual path with this beautiful
gift which is now showing me my true purpose in life. A whole new world has opened up
for me in connection with this powerful energy.
Reiki Levels 1 and 2 have taught me so much about self-healing and self-love and is

What a perfect name for the unique vibration of this lovely shop, as the heart is the place from where all thoughts and prayers of love should initiate; and by this programming of intent, The Inspired Heart gently and lovingly infuses the vibrational field to accommodate whatever is beneficial to the spirit, mind, or body.
Sometimes the energy of The Inspired Heart is experienced through a crystal that assists to hold the vibration of protection necessary for comfort while on our path or to open to dimensions within ourselves or Universe in a manner that feels familiar and safe; or through a book that brings confirmation of what is known within, inspiring us to further investigate our own unique path. Other times the transformational energy of The Inspired Heart is experienced through a person or persons joined in interaction that brings communion with spirit where sacred energy is shared, information is received and transmitted through love, and awakenings deep within us occur. I've experienced all of these energies through The Inspired Heart, the beauty of which cannot be accurately translated in words, but the essence is captured in these wonderful experiences.
Metaphysical bookstores are not uncommon, and many of them have been entered by my spirit, who is always seeking the highest vibrations -- for in those vibrations our own spirit can connect, find inspiration, erase unneeded thoughts, burn off karma, gain footholds within our consciousness -- all with the intent of unlocking the mysteries of the soul, healing what has been at cross-purposes within the individual personality and the soul, while raising the consciousness. Conscious intent is a pure vibration that can transcend all barriers -- physical and non-physical. The vibration necessary to reach the higher realms is love; and the purity and beauty and inspiration of these higher vibrations is felt through the vortex that exists in The Inspired Heart. And unlike many places, The Inspired Heart has a strong, clear, and beautifully grounded center, Patricia. It is not her energy that one should seek, but it is her energy that builds the bridge, through her intent that creates a beautiful world for each of us to explore the mysteries of ourselves and Universe, while sharing and assisting others who are intersecting our own travels.
All in all this beautifully inspired location helps us to recognize our connectedness, erasing thoughts and feelings of separation that keep us from our own union with ourselves, others, and thus, Universe. It is refreshing and highly inspirational to find places and people of clean, pure and loving energies in which to experience the continuing transformation that is uniquely our own. The Inspired Heart is such a place, as there is definitely a very high and pure vibration which resides there. Thus, the energies located within The Inspired Heart are those from which profound experiences and understanding can occur.
So, for me, The Inspired Heart is a perfect place that I enjoy entering, as it is a doorway to myself, others, and Universe. The Inspired Heart called to me as I'm sure it calls to many -- maybe not in the same way, as we are each unique; but I'm sure if it calls to you, your spirit will answer in a way that is appropriate for you.

It has been our wondrous fortune to have done workshops at The Inspired Heart in Vero Beach, Florida. Our time there has enlightened us, honored us and thrilled us beyond words, right into the deepest part of our beings. Patricia and Dominic (owners/caretakers/open hearts) have co-created a space for sacredness where all our welcomed. What could be more amazing and glorious than that?
This is SO needed at this time upon the Earth Mother. Even if you think you are too busy to go there, go. It will reward you in every way. Immerse yourself in the spirit of love and see what miracles it brings you. It has gifted us endlessly and we want to share that with all-- so much so, that we will travel there, annually, from New Mexico, to do our workshops and listenings there, with all our blessings and joy. It's a long way to travel, but we go only where our spirits send us and from the start, they urged us to go to The Inspired Heart, even before we ever heard of the place....the first time we did workshops there, we booked them three weeks before our arrival and WITHOUT ever having met Patricia. Nothing but incredible miracles, synchronicities, and family met us there. We are forever grateful. May we meet you there one day soon~

When I was very young, I learned of Reiki through my endless search of the mystical, magickal, and spiritual. At first it seemed mysterious, but somehow I knew it would one day be important for me to learn. I was presented with the opportunity to learn just over a year ago, and I promptly accepted the Universe's gift.
When that time finally arrived, I felt empowered and honoured to be graced by the Spirit of Reiki, to share in the endless and sacred grid of healers that are initiated into Reiki's sacredness. It was not long before I went on to my second degree, and soon I shall complete the advanced training to become a Reiki master.
My initial motivations for learning Reiki were to supplement my crystal healing practise and to accelerate my spiritual growth. While these factors were indeed important and relevant, Reiki has become so much more to me. Each morning I am grateful just to share the Light of Reiki freely and lovingly. This modality has transformed my way of life, empowering me to take control of myself and giving me the courage to let go of those things that no longer serve me. I used to struggle an anxiety disorder, and the attacks of panic and anxiety were difficult at best. Some days might have gone by in which I would have fifty or more, even while on medication. Over time, I was able to significantly improve my condition through meditation, homeopathic remedies, and the use of the mineral kingdom. However, since my Reiki attunement in May of 2006, I have had less than five panic attacks. Sending Reiki to any stressful situation, past, present, or future, has enabled me to have a handle on my life and to eliminate worry or regret. No longer do I create as many roadblocks to my future by struggling against the avoidable or unnecessary.
Reiki seems to make the entire world sparkle a little more. Even my healing times seem to have been accelerated during times of dis-ease or injury. Every day I learn how to apply this beautiful tool to new situations, such as abundance, intuition, healing the Earth, or manifestation. It has supplemented my search for the greatest mystery of all: we are all one. Each of us is made of the same "stuff." That is to say that we are all a part of the Divine Love.

Dear Patricia,
Wanted you to know what happened after I purchased my Ascension crystal. ( The same day I also purchased a Magician Stone for my husband. I never expected him to wear it.)
I had been going through a very hard time spiritually and had just about decided all my soul searching was not worth it. The day I came into your store I was at a very low point.
I had just talked to a Unity Minister. While there she had the lightSource screen saver on her computer. Before the session ended I asked her where I might purchase it. She had bought it at The Inspired Heart. Well, I had not been by for almost a year and didn't intend to stop. Spirit had other plans. As soon as I got to 14th Ave., my car made a left. I truly believe I was led by spirit to your shop. As usual I received a warm greeting. We started talking and before I knew it I had bought the two stones. The one I was sure my husband would not wear.
In the time since, our lives have taken a turn. My husband did put it on and he started getting help for his health problems. My spirits were lifted almost immediately. I am now re-interested in my painting. I lost four lbs. the first week. I continue to move out of the dark night of my soul.
I feel this quote by Rumi says it best:

Hello, Patricia,
I am so sorry it has taken me this long to contact you after leaving Vero--your Reiki circles were so powerful for me and I need them strongly, still! ...I learned that at your gatherings and I learned acceptance of love, Reiki energy and to allow. I mostly need to just allow. The main thing I miss about Vero is you, the store, the circle, the earthkeeper! and the wonderful folks who were drawn to the gatherings...and some old Vero friends.
...my journey this time, all started when I walked into your store tucked in that corner, and where it will eventually lead, who knows and how exciting! I am sure the clarity and inner healing started for me in your circles...
Now, please fill me in on your newest happenings at The Inspired Heart...How are your circles going and the harp,and the new faces you're drawing in? I'd give alot to be able to hang with you guys one more time and sit, so beautifully in that room again!!!
