Reiki reduces stress, calms your mind, and relaxes your body. Reiki is an ancient healing art that balances energy, reduces stress, opens up creativity, and increases your focus and productivity. It enables your body to heal itself naturally by encouraging balance and creates an overall state of harmony and well-being.
Our Reiki Healing Night is open to anyone with the desire to experience Reiki energy. This is not a class, however, appropriate questions may be answered privately before or afterwards if time allows. Please see Patricia regarding any questions.
Participating in our Reiki Night is a beautiful way to be introduced to Reiki, or to deepen one's connection to the healing Source. It is an evening of connecting with like-minded people in a nonjudgmental setting and receiving Reiki. Whenever sacred time and space are created in the presence of love, many treasures become available.
We celebrate five plus years of offering Reiki Healing Nights at The Inspired Heart. It has been an amazing journey of spreading love and light to all who have come to receive the gift of Reiki. Reiki assists us in remembering to honor and love ourselves. Thank you for the gift of sharing this beautiful energy for five years; this is what Dominic and I envisioned when we opened our doors six years ago.
Come experience the relaxing healing effect of Reiki. Sit quietly while listening to soft music before and after your turn on the table where trained Reiki practitioners (my students) provide Reiki for all participants. Presently we are doing sessions with at least two or more of my students giving Reiki to you on a bodywork table.
Reiki's potential is limitless!
Reiki Night is held on Monday evenings from 5:45 - 7:00. My students and I donate our time, and in return, we respectfully ask each participant for an Appreciation Offering of $5.00 to $20.00 which is given to local charities. We all pay it forward.

Dear Patricia,
I just want to thank you and your students for all that you have done for me over the past several months. For the first time in my life, I feel a true inner peace with myself.
At the end of this month, I will be joyfully celebrating my second year living in Vero Beach. I had relocated here from New York, due to the loss of my soul mate, my husband, Ray, who had battled cancer for six long years. Since I have been here, I have been trying so hard to find a way to rebuild my life and reinvent myself. Through coming to your Reiki Circle, I have found the corner stone to my "New Life."
Patricia, from our conversations, and from hearing you speak at Circle, especially last night (09/09/09), I am so inspired. My eyes, my mind, and my heart are wide open to experience a part of life that I have not witnessed before. As I look back at the journey of my life, I think I have always been looking for this, but did not know how to get here. Again, thank you for taking me on this journey.
I am looking forward to learning more about Reiki and taking your Reiki I class.
Peaceful Regards,
D.S.

Dear Patricia,
Last night I went to your Reiki Circle. This is becoming my equivalent of a Sangha. I applied a meditation technique I call immolation combined with unconditional love through the touch of the reiki (practitioners)...
In psychology there is an example of how a mind creates its own anxiety and depression. These activate the sympathetic (fight or flight/adrenaline) aspects of the Central Nervous System (CNS).
Prolonged activation leads to physical deterioration by suppressing the restoring aspect that stimulates the brain and body's healing mechanisms. My first-hand experience in your Reiki Circle leaves me no doubt as to the powerful activation of this parasympathetic (healing and repairing) part of the CNS.
While mainstream psychology is a very valuable tool, it does not commonly offer the spiritual emotional healing intimacy that I have experienced in your Reiki Circle. Nor does it commonly offer a discipline and exercise of thought hygiene necessary for inner change.
Love and affirmation,
S.S.
